Personality:
She's a typical girl who's obsessed with keeping everything in order. Umi always makes sure that she follows all rules, finishes all her assignments and passes all her tests. Because of this, she can be quite stingy around other people. For example, she wouldn't let others copy her assignments because 'it's against the rules'.

History:
Umi lived an ordinary life with her parents and younger brother. Her parents were nice and kind. They weren't the type to leave their kids all day for work, in fact, the make sure that they spend time together at least twice a week. However, they were also the type who gave their children expectations, although not high, they expected them to be good students. So, Umi and her brother always made sure to meet these expectations. In Umi's case however, she ended up developing an obsession over getting everything right.

After her first year of highschool, Umi's family moved out because her parents were recently promoted and had to move to the area.
